We are a social impact community interest organisation dedicated to improving men’s and boys’ wellbeing - real support, real change - through both physical and mental health.
We provide relatable, down-to-earth programmes in the community, workplaces, and schools - from boxing-based fitness and group workshops, to wellbeing sessions and events.
Every penny we earn is reinvested into helping more men and boys build resilience, connection, and confidence to thrive.
My Story
Mind to Motion CIC was created in memory of our brother, who tragically took his life at the start of 2025. His loss opened our eyes to how many men find it hard to speak about their mental health.
We combine boxing with open, honest conversations to give men a space to move, connect, and look after their mental wellbeing.
It’s about real support, real strength, and knowing you’re not alone.
